Actor Shia LaBeouf was injured Wednesday on the set of the “Transformers” sequel being filmed at Holloman Air Force Base, according to a report by WENN (World Entertainment News Network).
LaBeouf’s eyelid was slashed open during a bomb blast stunt, according to the report.
The report states he LaBeouf spent about four hours at the clinic on base being treated, while the swelling went down, before he returned to the set.
LaBeouf suffered severe hand injuries during a traffic accident this past summer.
